VUNET for Management Programmes (MBA & MCA)

Qualifying through VUNET is mandatory for seeking admission to MBA & MCA Programmes at Vishwakarma University, Pune.

The candidate is exempted from VUNET if the candidate is appearing / has appeared for the applicable National Level Entrance Examination/s viz. MH-CET, CMAT, CAT.

Marks (any non-zero score) scored by the candidate (student) in such examination/s will be treated as equivalent for preparing the merit list of VUNET.

Candidates need to apply for VUNET by filling up the VUNET Application Form and by paying requisite fees.

VUNET is an Aptitude Test conducted on Vishwakarma University’s own Platform / System - proctored mode.

Duration : 2.30 Hrs.
Examination Start Time : 10.15 a.m. (on the given day of VUNET)
Mode of Entrance Examination: Online
Medium of Question & Answer : English
Negative Marks (for the wrong answer): Not Applicable
Questions / Marks (MBA) : 100 (100 Multiple Choice questions for 1 mark each).
Questions / Marks (MCA) : 100 (100 Multiple Choice questions for 2 marks each).
Each multiple choice question will have 4 options – the candidate is required to select / click one of the choices.
Coverage : Similar to MH-CET (Refer Test Pattern)
Similar types of questions are grouped into sections.
Registered / Applied candidates get examination details and instructions on the email to do the needful.

On the day of VUNET, candidates need to follow the steps provided under The tab “Instructions – Test Instructions”.
Candidates need to refer specifically to the listed Do’s and Don’ts before VUNET, during VUNET and post VUNET.
Candidates are suggested to read technical requirements and do the needful accordingly.
Candidates are suggested to take MOCK VUNET to get the look and feel of the test / system / platform. However, the MOCK test questions are of general nature (indicative) and do not resemble the actual test questions.
VUNET results are communicated to individual candidates on their registered email ID within 5 working days from the date of VUNET.
Admission to Vishwakarma University through VUNET is the provisional admission for the said academic year and the same needs to be confirmed on payment of fees on or before the due date and subject to fulfilment of eligibility conditions of the respective programme(s) and in accordance with the rules of the Vishwakarma University, Pune.
